South-Africa/Pioneer
So, I have finally moved with a team of 34 people to Potchefstroom, South Africa! We have been here for about a month now and let me tell you, pioneering is surely a gift from God. This first month has been full of ups and downs, but God stays faithful. My heart has never been so tender before in my life, for he has been drawing me closer and closer as we are getting deeper and deeper in the thick of things.
Our time at this moment consist a lot of prayer and worship and then also getting connected to the local churches and building relationship. Honestly, all that we focus on is being obedient to what the Lord is saying to do in this time. Our weeks looks so different every week, one week we are busy 12 hours a day plus the weekends and then other weeks we are not as busy but seeking the face of the Lord more and more. a Big chunk of our time is going to building our prayer room here in Potch. We are breaking down and honestly just having so much fun while doing it as a team and a family.
What is our vision?
We have come to RSA because we know this is where God is, meaning this is the place where Jesus is going to start move in more radical and more powerful ways. Also he told 34 people, separately to come and form a team to see a nation and a people group fall more in love with him. Just know that what I am sharing is very limited so if you want to hear more vision and goals, please reach out. Our team came here not to take over and become famous or anything like that. We are here cause God is on the move and we want people in South Africa to realize that as well.
We want to see an African awakening, a realization brought to them that they are a part of something bigger than just working for money and having a house. I am not saying that is wrong, we need people in all spheres of society but we need them also knowing that they have a bigger responsibility than just keeping our economy alive or electricity running. The way we are going to achieve that is by coming in and love people. We want this generation and those to come to realize that they are worth anything, that they are worth the blood that was spilled by Jesus for them 2000 years ago.
Summary and prayer points
Pioneering is a gift guys and Jesus is on the move in South Africa. He desires for this generation to fall more in love with him and to go to the nations and tell his lost children that there is hope.
