What's going on here?
SO, lets kick this of with just a little update on my side of things during this challenging season. Humanity hasnt expercince something like this in around a 100 years! Is that not crazy? So don't feel bad if you didn't know how to prepare to be stuck in one place for 8 weeks, no one did. I definelty did not like the sound of staying in one place for this long if I am completly honest, I love movig around and discovering new things! But I must say that this has pushed me to the max in finding that curiosity in God.
So being isolated, our team had to find new ways to reach and share the gospel, how can we love people in this time? Is shared in the last post of me and 2 of my friends connecting with High School kids via zoom calls on Tuesdays and Fridays. We also felt God say to really focus on our Social Media and that idea was kinda trippy to be honest, but crazy things are happening. We actually, no jokes, had satanists approach us and a girl on instagram who had a really bad name tag reach out to us. He asked about God and we reached out and at the end of an hour and a half call, she gave her life to Jesus and changed her name tag! ALL OF THAT TROUGH OUR SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS!
God can do anything despite our circumstances, he can reach anyone and touch anything! So here it has been really challenging, God is taking me in a season of dependency on him on a much deeper way and my life is changing day by day, because I am falling more and more in love with Abba every day. SO you can please be praying for me just for perspective and love for Jesus, He has been so faithful by showing me amazing things despite the hard time.
Challenge
I felt to share this with you guys in this time and it's not easy. On the enneagram (google it if you don't know what it is), I am a 8 which means I am a challenger so this is my bread and pudding! I want to challenge everyone to this, see if you can spend time with Jesus numerous times during the day? Meaning not just your hour or 2 in the morning or before you go to bed, do it morning and night time and the afternoon. Now it can look very different every time, you can just worship or pray, or do both! But make sure you spend more time than usual with him. I will share in my next post why I am asking you to do this...
