What is God doing in me?
Hallo everyone. It has been a while since I last posted and for that I do apologize, but I promise you that what God has been up to has been mesmerizing and stripping me of all my fleshly desires. What do I mean when I say that? In these past two months, numerous things has happened, I will only touch base on 2 things.
Firstly, I have been refining my skills as a worship leader for about 3 months now. The experience has taught me so so much! In the beginning of this journey, nerves is real and the excitement as well. It is like riding a bike again after a long time not being on it, scary but you know you will catch up fast. There is, for me, 3 stages of getting into worship leading. Number 1 is where you get to learn a lot about yourself and have a ton of grace. Now, this si always going to be part of all the stages, but you are more becoming familiar with the pedals, frame of the bike and the steering. Then comes stage 2! Here comes the real question everyone has to ask themselves, 'Am I willing to make a fool out of myself to get to Gods will?'. So at this stage, and this is where I am right now, is where there is still grace but the work and determination is needed. There is going to be a lot of false notes, wrong discernment and so on which is part of the journey. Here is really answers the question of you love people of God more? We need to constantly die to ourselves because when we give our life to Jesus, it states in Galatians 5 that It is no longer I who live but Christ who lives within me. What am I learning through all this?
I am realizing more and more that my desire means nothing, my dreams and motives are rubbish if it is not submitted unto God. My perfection is being completely destroyed because God does not want us to live a life under anyones expectation that we can not achieve. He wants us to live free from the fleshly and worldly desires, but to be possessed by Him and his love and grace for us to accomplish the great commandment (Matthew 28)

- Submission to Jesus
- My obedience to him will be greater
- Pray that I will not allow things to get in the way of me and the calling God has for me
